OwnerMatch is designed to help owners compare property management companies, but the information shown on the platform has different levels of review and certainty.
Profile status
An unclaimed profile may be based on publicly available information. A claimed profile means a representative submitted a claim and it was accepted as plausible. Claimed does not mean verified.
Verification
Verified status requires additional review of company, license, or supporting details. Performance certified status is not part of the public MVP and should only be used later with evidence-backed review.
Limited-data profiles
Some profiles may be incomplete, unclaimed, or based only on public sources. Owners should confirm details directly with a company before hiring.
Sponsored placements
Sponsored placements or paid participation may appear on the site and should be labeled. Paid participation does not directly improve organic match ranking.
No guarantee of results
OwnerMatch does not guarantee that a property manager will accept a lead, offer services, lease a property, collect rent, reduce vacancy, or produce any specific financial result.
Profile corrections
Companies may submit suggested profile updates. Those updates are reviewed before publication and are not automatically displayed.
