How OwnerMatch Works
OwnerMatch helps rental property owners compare property management companies and request introductions based on location, property type, owner priorities, and available company profile data.
1. Tell us about your property
Owners start by entering their city or ZIP code, property type, priorities, and timeline. The goal is to understand what kind of manager may be a better fit.
2. Review matched companies
OwnerMatch shows possible matches based on available service area, property type, profile status, review data, and other profile information. Limited-data companies are clearly labeled.
3. Request introductions
Owners can request introductions to up to three companies. An intro request does not guarantee that a company will accept the lead or provide services.
4. Companies respond
Intro requests include response deadlines based on the owner’s timeline. This helps reduce the black hole problem where owners reach out and never hear back.
