MatchMyPM helps rental property owners compare property management companies and request introductions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Information we collect

We may collect information submitted by owners, property managers, company representatives, and site visitors. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, property location details, property type, unit count, owner priorities, timing preferences, company claim details, profile update submissions, support messages, and related notes.

We may also collect technical and operational information such as IP address, rate-limit events, email delivery logs, timestamps, submitted form data, and admin workflow records. This helps us operate the site, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit trail.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Generate and save property management match results.
  • Process owner introduction requests.
  • Send requested lead or intro notices to property managers.
  • Review company claim and profile update requests.
  • Operate admin review, email logging, and trust workflows.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Improve site reliability, matching logic, and user experience.

When information is shared

If an owner requests an introduction, MatchMyPM may share the owner’s submitted contact and property request details with the selected property management company or its representative.

Company claim and profile update information may be reviewed by MatchMyPM administrators. We may also use vendors and service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, security, analytics, and operational support.

MatchMyPM does not sell personal information, sensitive personal data, or biometric data.

Data retention

We retain information as needed to operate the service, maintain lead and intro records, support company claim review, prevent abuse, preserve audit history, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary data exposure.
