What MatchMyPM does

MatchMyPM is an information, comparison, and introduction platform for rental property owners and property management companies. MatchMyPM is not a property manager and is not a party to any property management agreement between an owner and a company.

No guarantee

MatchMyPM does not guarantee that any property manager will accept a lead, contact an owner, provide services, produce a particular result, maintain a particular license status, offer a particular price, or be the right fit for a specific property.

Match results are possible matches based on available information and submitted preferences. They are not endorsements, guarantees, or rankings of overall business quality.

Independent due diligence

Owners are responsible for independently evaluating property managers before signing any agreement. This may include reviewing licenses, fees, services, insurance, references, contract terms, owner portal access, accounting practices, maintenance processes, and local experience.

Property managers are responsible for ensuring that submitted company information is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.

Company profiles and claims

A claimed profile means a company representative has submitted or received access to a profile. Claimed does not mean independently verified. Verification requires additional MatchMyPM review.

MatchMyPM may approve, reject, edit, remove, or request more information for company claims, profile updates, submitted content, or public profile details.

Prohibited use

You may not use MatchMyPM to:

• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized information.
• Spam owners, property managers, or MatchMyPM systems.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, login protections, or review workflows.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site.
• Misrepresent your identity, company authority, or relationship to a profile.

Rate limits and abuse prevention

MatchMyPM may rate-limit, block, reject, review, or remove submissions to prevent spam, fraud, abuse, security issues, or excessive use.

Limitation of liability

MatchMyPM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MatchMyPM is not liable for decisions, contracts, losses, damages, disputes, service issues, or outcomes arising from owner or property manager relationships.
